25 Private Lessons
Monthly Equipment Classes
Monthly Mat Classes
All testing; including written, performance and practical
200 hours of volunteer teaching
200 hours of observation
200 hours of personal workouts
150 hours of lecture
Anatomy and Kinesiology (with homework requirements)
