Frog Temple Policies
REGISTRATION: Please register in advance for all classes by calling the studio. Drop-ins welcome though space is limited. Staff can assist in scheduling you.
PACKAGE USE: Packages of ten private, semi-private, or group sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase date.
CLIENT CANCELLATION: We must have 24 hours notice of any cancellation. Please understand we cannot reschedule appointments at that point, and cannot waive cancellation fees unless there is an emergency. In non-emergency or last minute cancellations, the regular fee will be charged or deducted from your package.
STUDIO CANCELLATION: Frog Temple reserves the right to cancel classes/appointments due to instructor illness or emergency unavailability. We will do our best to notify you immediately in such cases, and will reschedule you at your convenience.
