Frog Temple Policies

REGISTRATION:
Please register in advance for all classes by calling the studio or using our online scheduling program. Drop-ins welcome though space is limited. Staff can assist in scheduling you.

PACKAGE USE:
Unless otherwise noted, packages of private, semi-private, or group sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase date. Exceptions will be made for prenatal clients upon request.

PACKAGE RETURNS:
Full packages may be returned within 3 days of purchase. Partial packages may not be exchanged or returned or transferred.

CLIENT CANCELLATION:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule private or semi-private appointments. Please understand that since we cannot reschedule new appointments at that point, we cannot waive cancellation fees unless there is an emergency.

We require 12 hours notice to cancel a reservation in a group class.

In non-emergency or last minute cancellations for appointments and classes, the regular fee will be charged or deducted from your package or credit card.

STUDIO CANCELLATION:
Frog Temple reserves the right to cancel classes/appointments due to instructor illness or emergency unavailability. We will do our best to notify you immediately in such cases, and will reschedule you at your convenience.
