Pilates Mat Classes
Integrate mind and body, breath and movement with exercises that not only strengthen your core abdominal muscles, but increase your flexibility and range of motion as well! This series of exercises done on the floor mat revolve around utilizing your own body's resistance to strengthen, lengthen and tone the muscles.
Piloga
The perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates. This class incorporates Yoga poses and stretches into the Pilates mat series for a fluid, invigorating movement flow series.
Prenatal Pilates
Introducing Pilates specifically for pregnancy. We will keep your core and pelvic floor muscles strong throughout your pregnancy and keep all your joints flexible and mobile. This type of strength should ease delivery as well as your comeback!
Pilates Props
Challenge yourself in this pilates mat class that includes balls, bands, the magic circles, roller and arcs. Never a dull moment! Get fit and have a great time getting there.
Beginner Equipment
Learn the various exercises that can be done on the pilates equipment including the reformer, the low chair and the pole system. Class size is limited to five people so please be sure to call in advance.
Pilates Booty Camp - SEASONAL
Not enough time in the day to do it all? So do it all in Booty Camp. Get your cardio (bring gym shoes), mat work, equipment work, serious ab exercises, arm work and stretch. The perfect class for your busy life.
Stretch - SEASONAL
Join us for a half hour of gentle movements and deep breathing. Stretch class is designed to relax the muscles and joints, increase your flexibility and calm the nervous system. A perfect compliment to your pilates practice.

Springs and Pulleys
So, you can’t decide which equipment class to try? You’d like to try it all? This is your class! You will get an opportunity to get on each piece of apparatus in this hour long lesson! Again, the class size is limited to 5 students so lots of personalized attention. Be sure to sign up in advance for this one! Very popular!!!
Group Reformer
Learn Pilates on this unique piece of equipment using the resistance of springs to exercise the whole body! Strengthen your core muscles, lengthen and tone, rehabilitate new as well as old injuries, and energize the body. We will work in a group format of no more than 5 people at a time so you’ll receive plenty of personal attention.
Circuit Training
Circuit training is just the thing to jump start your body into shape. This class is Pilates based, including a mix of all the apparatus we have to offer, in an hour-long, super challenging class! Time will fly as you work hard to build core strength, increase your flexibility, and strengthen, lengthen and balance your entire body.
Pole System
Frog Temple has installed 4 Wall Units which we call Pole Systems. These are based on springs and pulleys, push-through bars, roll down bars, leg springs and arm springs. Interested in what all these crazy terms are about? Come and try this challenging class!
Group Low Chair
Try something new! The low chair, or the Wunda Chair, as Joseph Pilates called it originally, is a challenging resistance based piece of equipment that will promise amazing results for the body! Similar to the reformer, the low chair is based on spring tension. You’ll build strength, tone your entire body and feel completely invigorated
