Frog Temple Pilates Teacher Certification Program

Teacher Training Includes
- Anatomy and postural analysis
- The names of the apparatus and various parts
- The names of the exercises, proper sequencing of the exercises, repetitions, and use of resistance
- The objectives of each exercise, modifications, and break down of the exercises
- The appropriate set-up of the apparatus for each exercise including all safety issues
- Proper spotting and verbal cuing for each exercise
- Workbook/manual of exercises taught
- Q & A of material taught
- 25 Private lessons and 10 semi-private lessons
- Free group classes during non-peak hours
- Discounted rate on workshops as well as on additional privates; semi-privates; and group classes
- Regular written, teaching, and performance exams
- 200+ observation hours
- 750+ total training hours
